Scout Uniforms

There is nothing like a sharp dressed scout. Below you will find some guides as to what to do with all those patches.

What do I do if I can't sew?!?!?!

Here is our advice…..

1. The patches that you will not change, should be sewed on. (Bring to the Scout Store or a tailor)

Here is a list of the patches:

  • Council Shoulder Patch

  • Troop Numbers

  • The American Flag

  • World Crest and Ring

2. The other patches MAY change (rank will change a lot!)

BUT have no fear. That has been thought of. Check out the link below for a cool way to apply (and remove) those pesky patches.

Where do I buy a uniform?

1. Check with our Scoutmaster and see there are any “laying around”. A lot of times people buy them and either don’t use them or they only were them a short while. Sometimes they give them to “pass along”.

2. It’s worth asking other parents you may see at the meetings. This is two-fold. First you get to meet other parents, second you might score yourself a free uniform or parts of the uniform.

3. You can buy one.
